1. Who this policy applies to

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on this website from InkedState (Company Reg. No. 2026/496204/07), Johannesburg, South Africa. Payments for online purchases are securely processed by our payment gateway provider, Paystack.

2. 14-day refund window for digital toolkits

Digital toolkits (including The Executive Gridlock Resolution Kit) are sold as instantly-delivered downloadable files. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.

All prices on this site are displayed in US Dollars (USD) for international standardisation. Whilst refunds are issued to match the original purchase value, transactions are processed via our South African gateway. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, subject to your local bank's prevailing exchange rates at the time of processing.

3. Refund conditions

You are eligible for a refund where any of the following strictly apply:

  • The toolkit was not delivered to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours of payment, and we are unable to deliver it upon request.
  • The files are materially defective, corrupted, or do not match the product description on this site.
  • The purchase was duplicated or made in error, and the digital files have not yet been distributed or utilised within your organisation.

Because toolkits are digital assets and are immediately usable upon delivery, refund requests falling outside the above conditions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.

4. How to request a refund

Please email info@inkedstate.com within 14 days of purchase. Your request must include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your InkedState payment reference (begins with IS-) or the Paystack transaction reference.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

We acknowledge all requests within one business day and aim to review and issue approved refunds within 5 business days. Once approved and initiated via our dashboard, Paystack returns the funds directly to the original payment method. Please note that card issuers and banks typically take up to 10 business days to reflect the cleared funds in your account.

5. Advisory, Facilitation, and Bespoke Engagements

Payment processing via Paystack on this website is strictly restricted to the purchase of our self-service digital toolkits. Independent facilitation, executive accelerators, and bespoke advisory engagements are conducted offline. These professional services are governed exclusively by a separate, signed Statement of Work (SOW), formal corporate invoicing, and independent bank-to-bank payment processes. The 14-day digital product refund policy does not apply to these separate corporate engagements.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have any concerns regarding a payment, please contact us directly at info@inkedstate.com in the first instance. Most operational or delivery issues are resolved significantly faster through direct communication than via a formal bank chargeback.
